What if I’ve never worked remotely before?
That’s fine—our training prepares you to feel confident in virtual work environments.
How much admin or creative experience do I need to start?
Any previous admin, office, creative, or project support work helps—but it’s not essential.
What kind of clients will I be working with?
Primarily small business owners, founders, coaches, and creative entrepreneurs.
What hours do I need to be available?
Flexible. You’ll decide availability and time zone preference in your profile.
Is this UK-only? Can I join if I’m abroad?
Yes—EVA is open to international Executive Partners.
How quickly can I earn back my £15/month membership?
The £15/month membership is coming soon. For now, focus is on completing your training first; you can choose to join the membership once it’s launched.
Can I use Canva Pro or must I stick to Free version only?
Your digital product submissions must be usable by Free Canva users. You may use Pro tools internally.
How do I get paid by clients?
You invoice them directly and choose your own terms—EVA is not involved.
Am I guaranteed client work?
No. We can’t promise immediate placement, but we actively match graduates to relevant opportunities as they arise. It’s a win–win: you gain skills for life whether or not you’re matched right away.
What if I don’t like the client I’m matched with?
Let us know as soon as possible by emailing team@evasolutionsagency.co.uk with a brief explanation (kept confidential).
Will I receive a certificate after completing training?
Yes. Certification is issued once your core modules are completed and you achieve a minimum score of 85% on your submitted workbook.
Can I choose both Tech and Creative training?
Yes. You can purchase and complete both paths at your own pace.
Do I have to show my face or speak on camera in training?
No. All trainings are self-paced with downloadable workbooks.
How long do I have access to training materials?
You have lifelong access to purchased training materials. If you cancel your membership, you will retain access to training but lose access to the membership benefits.
Can I pause my membership and return later?
Yes. You may rejoin at any time, but access and commissions pause while inactive.
What support is available if I’m struggling?
You can email team@evasolutionsagency.co.uk for assistance, and our private community will also be available once membership launches.
How long does it take to be matched with a client?
It depends on your skills, chosen path, and active client demand.
What if I don’t pass the 85% requirement?
You can retake the assessment as many times as needed until you pass.
Can I work for multiple clients?
Yes. You control your workload and availability.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We offer payment plans for training modules.

With ongoing resources, community access, and extra client matching opportunities will be available after training launches.
EVA Digital Shop
Submit templates, tools, or guides for commission. EVA will promote selected products in campaigns.
Co-creating digital products with other members will be possible once the shop is live.
EVA will take ownership of submitted products to protect them from external copying.
