  • Proven Executive (Traditional) capability: calendar and inbox control, travel and itineraries, meeting prep and minutes, research, vendor coordination, documentation, and steady follow-through.
  • Optional specialism: Tech (workflow tools, light CRM/automation, structured admin ops, Outlook/Gmail onboarding) or Creative (brand-safe content in Canva/Adobe Express, presentations, clear visual communication).
  • Trained in remote-work discipline (security, documentation, boundaries) and client onboarding, so day one is organised.

Matching (and rematching)

  • We introduce one right‑fit EVA Executive Assistant based on your needs.
  • If the fit isn’t right, you can request up to two alternative introductions: Executive (Traditional), Tech-specialist, or Creative-specialist.
  • After the introduction, the working relationship is between you and your assistant. We don’t sit in the middle.
