Website Terms & Conditions for Clients and Executive Partners

Part A – General Terms (Applicable to All Users)

  1. About EVA & Co Solutions Ltd
    EVA & Co Solutions Ltd, trading as EVA Solutions Agency (“EVA”, “we”, “our”), operates as a training and client-matching service for Executive Partners (EAs) and as an introduction service for clients seeking professional support.
  2. Our Role
    EVA’s role is limited to:
    – Providing professional training to Executive Partners.
    – Introducing clients to independent Executive Partners who have successfully completed EVA training and met EVA’s criteria.
    We do not employ Executive Partners, manage their work, or supervise client projects.
  3. Non-Discrimination
    EVA does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, colour, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
    Matching is based solely on skills, experience, and alignment with client needs. The more an Executive Partner upskills, the more opportunities they may have for matching. However, this is not a requirement to complete more than the training pathway they choose.
  4. Coming Soon Features
    The EVA Membership (£15/month), EVA Digital Shop, and digital product co-creation opportunities are planned future services and are not currently active. Information about these features is for illustrative purposes only until launch.
  5. Communications
    All official communications regarding disputes, match issues, or support requests must be made in writing to:
    – Clients: team@evasolutionsagency.co.uk
    – Executive Partners: support@evasolutionsagency.co.uk
  6. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law:
    – EVA will not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with our services.
    – Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you have paid to EVA directly for training or membership in the 12 months prior to the claim.
    – EVA accepts no responsibility for the actions, omissions, or performance of any Executive Partner or client once introduced.
  7. No Guarantee of Results
    We make no guarantee that:
    – A client will hire an Executive Partner after introduction.
    – An Executive Partner will receive client work after training.
    – Any specific financial, business, or personal outcome will result from using EVA’s services.

Part B – Client Terms & Conditions

By working with EVA as a client, you agree to:

  1. Independent Contractors
    All Executive Partners are self-employed contractors, not employees of EVA or your business.
  2. Matching Process
    – One complimentary re-match is available within 15 days of the initial introduction.
    – Requests after this period, or additional matches beyond one Tech EA and one Creative EA per business, will incur a £49 admin fee.
    – Matches are subject to EA availability and suitability. If no suitable match is available, EVA has no obligation to introduce an EA until one becomes available.
  3. No-Risk Matching
    EVA does not charge clients any agency fee for matches. You only pay your Executive Partner directly once you choose to work together.
  4. Client Responsibilities
    – You are responsible for agreeing all contract terms, rates, deadlines, and deliverables directly with your EA.
    – You are responsible for confidentiality, data protection, and compliance with relevant laws in your dealings with the EA.
  5. Limitations
    – EVA is not liable for any losses or damages caused by the actions or omissions of your EA.
    – EVA cannot guarantee the EA’s availability for urgent or emergency work.

Part C – Executive Partner Terms & Conditions

By joining EVA as an Executive Partner, you agree to:

  1. Training Requirements
    – You must pass all required training modules with a minimum score of 85% before being eligible for client matching.
    – EVA holds no responsibility if you do not complete the training or fail to meet the pass mark.
    – Unlimited retakes are allowed until the pass mark is achieved.
  2. Client Matching
    – EVA will match you with clients based on skills, availability, time zone, and client criteria.
    – EVA holds no responsibility if you cannot be matched due to limited flexibility, unavailability, or lack of fit with client criteria.
  3. Membership (Coming Soon)
    – Membership is optional and will launch after training is fully operational.
    – Membership will provide access to ongoing resources, updated training, community support, and additional matching opportunities.
  4. Digital Shop & Co-Creation (Coming Soon)
    – EVA will own the rights to any products you submit once the shop launches.
    – You warrant that all submissions are your own work and do not infringe on any third-party rights.
    – EVA will promote selected products but does not guarantee sales.
  5. Payment Plans
    If you choose a payment plan for training:
    – Access to training will be suspended for missed payments until the account is brought up to date.
    – Failure to complete payment in full will result in loss of access to EVA services.
  6. No Guarantee of Client Work
    Completing EVA training does not guarantee immediate or future client work. Opportunities depend on market demand, your skills, and your availability.
