How quickly will I be matched with an Executive Partner?
Matching times vary based on your requirements, time zone, and availability of trained Executive Partners. We aim to provide a suitable match as soon as possible. There are no agency fees—so applying is completely risk-free. If the right EA is available, you can start immediately.
How are Executive Partners vetted?
All our Executive Partners complete EVA’s in-house training in either Tech or Creative specialisms and must pass quality, skills, and professionalism checks before being eligible for client placement.
What type of tasks can they do?
From inbox management to tech setup, Canva graphics to automation systems—our EAs are trained to support you with tailored, relevant admin or creative needs.
Can I meet more than one EA?
Yes. In most cases we’ll offer you a primary match and one secondary option for review.
What happens if my EA goes quiet or stops delivering?
You manage your EA relationship directly, but you can always reapply through our re-match system if needed.
Do I manage the EA, or does EVA?
You do. EVA introduces you to suitable professionals—after that, you engage directly.
Are EAs freelancers or employees?
They are independent freelancers and not employees of EVA or your company.
How do I pay my Executive Partner?
Directly. Payment schedules and methods are agreed between you and your Partner.
Can I hire someone outside my time zone?
EVA operates globally. However, we aim to match you with someone compatible with your preferred working hours.
Do you offer contract templates?
We do not offer legal contracts, but we recommend using a clear service agreement.
How do I track hours and work done?
You can use any mutually agreed time-tracking system—Toggl, Clockify, Harvest, etc.—as agreed with your EA.
What happens if I stop needing support?
You can end your working relationship at any time, in agreement with your Executive Partner. EVA is not a party to your working arrangement.
Can I get an EA with specific industry experience?
Yes—let us know your preference when you complete your application.
Is there a minimum number of hours I must commit to?
No, though most clients find value in at least 5–10 hours per week for consistent support.
What are the benefits of using EVA over hiring independently?
You save time, gain access to pre-trained, vetted talent, and pay no agency fees. There’s no upfront cost to apply—just fill in the form and we’ll do the work of finding your match. It’s a win–win.
Is there any onboarding process with the EA?
Your EA will be trained in onboarding best practices and can guide you through the process if needed.
What if I need support urgently?
Complete our intake form and flag your deadline—we’ll prioritise urgent matches where possible.
Can I re-hire a previous EA I was matched with?
Absolutely, if they’re available and interested.
Do you offer part-time or full-time EAs?
Yes. Most of our EAs work flexibly and can scale based on your needs.
Can I get someone to do more technical or creative work?
Yes. You can specify Tech or Creative specialism when applying. If one EA doesn’t cover both areas, we’ll match you with one Tech EA and one Creative EA where appropriate.
Can I pause my working relationship and resume later?
Yes—just agree this with your EA. EVA does not manage client-VA contracts.
Can you guarantee I’ll get a match?
We aim to match every client who applies, but availability depends on your requirements, time zone, and the number of certified EAs in our network at the time. We’d rather wait to place you with the right person than rush a match that won’t last.
What happens if the EA isn’t the right fit for my personality or communication style?
You can request one complimentary re-match within 15 days of your first introduction. Please email team@evasolutionsagency.co.uk with a brief explanation (kept confidential).
What if I’ve had a bad experience with a VA before?
Our process is designed to reduce that risk—every Partner is certified, vetted, and matched based on your needs and style, not just availability.
Is there any cost to apply or be matched?
No. There’s no fee for submitting your client brief or for your first match. You only pay your Executive Partner directly once you decide to work with them. That means you have nothing to lose by applying and everything to gain by finding the right support quickly. It’s a win–win.
